The Connections Scheme

Our service enables law firms to refer and receive work and we operate a panel of solicitors and work with them to control the relationships. We also advertise nationally for new business which will only be allocated to panel firms.

We operate a call centre and on-line referral service ensuring that we are able to respond quickly to your enquiries and meet the expectations of all clients.

How?

In the event that you receive an enquiry which you are unable to deal with simply notify us either via the internet, e-mail or telephone.

We will contact the prospective client within 1 hour to discuss their needs and the prospective client will be referred to one of the Clarity Connections panel solicitors to proceed further. The referring firm will be notified when the client has been referred and if assistance can be provided or not.

In return for a successful referral, Clarity Connections will arrange for you to receive either a referral fee which will be either a fixed sum at the commencement of the case once accepted by the other law firm or, in certain types of cases, a percentage of the final fee income.

By joining the scheme you will receive referrals from Clarity Connections where a referring law firm is unable to assist the client. Also, as a panel firm, you will also receive new cases generated directly by our nationwide advertising and marketing campaigns.

On receipt of your application for panel membership you will be provided with a Schedule of Referral Fees and their due dates along with our Terms and Conditions and panel solicitor Service Level Agreements.

What is the cost?

NOTHING! - Joining the scheme costs nothing we simply ask for some basic information such as your full contact details and areas of law your practice covers.

The process is simple:-

You will receive a referral fee for work referred
You will pay a referral fee for work received

The referral fee is dependant on the case type and will therefore vary.

Clarity Connections will manage the referral fee collection and distribution processes ensuring that payments are made in accordance with our panel solicitor Service Level Agreements.

Clarity Connections will retain an administration cost taken from the referral fee which is to cover our administration and marketing expenses. Your firm will retain the majority of the referral fees and we will operate with complete transparency over the commission earned by us.
