It is imperative that all panel firms deliver a high quality service to ensure the connections scheme operates efficiently and our presence in the market is enhanced and maintained.
The service expectations are set out clearly in our panel solicitors Service Level Agreement. We have been careful not to make the conditions onerous and respect that different areas of law require different levels of service.
Our focus is to ensure that each client receives a service which meets or exceeds their expectations.
The Service Level Agreement also preserves the professional relationship between the panel firms and in particular we insist that firms do not engage in marketing to introduced clients.
To apply for panel membership click here and complete the Registration Form. We will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your application.
As part of the application process you will receive our standard Terms and Conditions and a copy of the panel solicitors agreement. You will then be fully aware of how the scheme operates.
When you have been accepted to the panel you will immediately be able to receive and refer new cases. Cases can be reported either on line via email or the telephone into our call centre.
You will also be given secure access to the panel membership area of our website which enables you to register new cases and interact with us.
