How do I join the scheme?

Joining is simple! Just complete the attached form and a member of our Business Development team will contact you. There are no fees for joining and we will send you a pack explaining the referral fee structure and panel solicitor agreement.

Can I refer any cases?

Yes, Clarity Connections have solicitors who will deal with almost any case so please refer these to us.

How do I notify you of cases?

This can be done via the internet, e-mail or telephone. We prefer you to use the secure area of our website as this ensures that we have a complete record of all the key information.

How will I receive work?

We profile all of our solicitors dependent on the type of work undertaken. In the event that we receive an enquiry which we believe your practice can handle it will be referred to you so you can determine if this is something you can assist with. All we ask is that you reply back to us within 1 working day to confirm whether it is something you can assist with.

When will I get paid?

This depends on the type of case. For non contentious cases these will generally be paid immediately the client has formally instructed the solicitor to act. For contentious cases the fee will be paid at the conclusion of the claim, normally on a percentage basis.
